- Also on May 31, the House approved H.R. 5854, the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2013, which would provide a total of $71.7 billion in non-emergency, discretionary budget authority for Military Construction and Veterans Affairs in FY 2013.
- On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the House will continue consideration and vote on H.R. 5325, the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2013.
- Also on Wednesday or Thursday, the House could possibly start work on H.R. 5855, Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2013, and H.R. 5882, Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2013
- On Thursday or Friday, the House is expected to vote on H.R. 436, the Health Care Cost Reduction Act.
