The top 10 most-educated countries are:

1.  Canada
2. Israel
3. Japan
4. United States
5. New Zealand
6. South Korea
7. United Kingdom
8. Finland
9. Australia
10. Ireland

IBM chief to launch postgraduate review

By Louisa Peacock – The chief technology officer at the computer giant will chair an independent inquiry on behalf of the Higher Education Commission, a cross-party group set up last summer by Labour MP Barry Sheerman, to determine whether postgraduate education is fit for purpose.
